Our comprehensive PC Health Check is essential for any computer aged 12 Months or over. We would recommend that a health check is performed at regular intervals. The frequency depending on usage and type of applications being used. We can do this for you or train you so that you can undertake these essential simple tasks yourself. (Exculdes physical cleaning of your equipment which can be a rather speciallised service!)
Example:
Problem: Laptops and PC’s build up dust that can clog up the heat sinks making your computer overheat and/or premature fan failure – long term this will reduce the life of internal parts and can cause complete failure.
Our solution: All fans and heat sinks will be cleaned out, heat sinks will be re-seated where needed.
Benefit: Computer is quieter, last longer and in many instances speed is improved due to lower temperatures.

Re-install Windows
If you’re experiencing problems with Windows, or it’s starting to play up, a reload may be the solution. We can preserve your data and re-load windows. Data Recovery
We are now able to attempt recovery of your lost or damaged data files such as documents, music, email messages and address books due to hard drive data corruption or virus damage. We can also try to recover data from a computer that no longer powers up.
Data recovery without the proper care can result in potential data loss. Sspecial software and techniques are used to attempt to recover seemingly lost data files. Costs for this service vary depending on the complexity of each situation. However, it must be realised that this process is not always infallible so we are unable to offer a guarantee of the extent or completeness of the data recovery process. However, experience suggests that as long as the problem is brought to our attention as soon as it has occurred then full data recovery is the expected norm.
Caveat
You entrust your damaged data files to us at your own risk. However, our ‘no fix – no fee’ policy means that you are only charged for the files that we successfully recover. We can also supply new replacement hard drives and reinstall your software as part of the service. We operate in total confidentiality so your data security is assured. All faulty devices are returned to the customer for their own disposal with advice. If required we can securely destroy the device at customers request.

Backups are a vital part of owning and using a PC and with our help easy to do. Think what would happen if your computer failed or was stolen? Whilst Computers are reliable they do still fail and usually at the least convenient time!
