All our staff have professional qualifications relating their area of expertise. For example, Karl (pictured) has over 20 years experience in Computing backed up by an Honours Computer Degree (BSc) and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) qualification.
All of the PC-BMI team have a wide range of knowledge in PC Hardware, Software, Netorking and I.T, infrastucture.
For example, Karl has been commercially building PC’s for the last decade and more. The work has involved builds which as well as being to the ‘normal’ commercial standard, involved working to specifications intended for very specific and specialised purposes such as gaming or video editing.
Many of our existing clients have come back to update their PC’s and to call on us for upgrade and maintenance advice. Extensive knowledge and experience in all Microsoft operating systems from Windows 95 through to Windows 7 ensures that your custom built computer will meet or exceed your expectations. This approach in many cases leads to an excellent return on investment without the need to buy additional equipment.
As prevuiously mentioned, we also have extensive networking knowledge to resolve your wired or wireless connectivity problems.
We can also offer solutions based on PC or Server Virtualisation which often provides solutions to awkward software / hardware conflicts. If you have legacy (old) software that you need to use but your new PC or laptop has failed to recognise them or won’t install then ‘Virtual’ may be the best and most cost effective solution…
It’s not only PC solutions that are offered but Apple MAC as well including servers and mixed infrastructures.
In addition PC-BMI have designed and installed a full home cinema setup using a mixture of old and existing technologies. This has provided a superb viewing experience for a reasonable cost. This facility is available for customers to view on application.
